1970 Circle – Annual Giving
As a donor of any monetary amount you become a member of St. Petersburg Free Clinic’s 1970 Circle. For those not familiar with the rich history of our organization, “1970” is the year in which the St. Petersburg Free Clinic was founded. Donors/Members receive our newsletter, invitations to special programs and events, and other benefits.
Membership is based on cumulative giving throughout the fiscal year: October 1 – September 30). Levels of membership are:
Friend – Up to $99 *Patron – $5,000 ~ $9,999
*Advocate – $100 ~ $499 *Champion – $10,000 ~ $24,999
*Booster – $500 ~ $999 *Benefactor – $25,000 ~ $49,999
*Provider – $1,000 ~ $4,999 *Visionary – $50,000 ~ $99,999
*Chairman’s Circle – $100,000+
*Recognized in Annual Report
Robert I. Siver Sustainer Circle – Lifetime Giving
The Robert I. Siver Sustainer Circle recognizes those donors whose lifetime giving has been instrumental in allowing St. Petersburg Free Clinic to fulfill its mission. Donors are listed in one of six categories and may move upward as their lifetime giving increases.
Pillar – $500,000+
Caretaker – $250,000 ~ $499,999
Guardian – $100,000 ~ $249,999
Innovator – $50,000 ~ $99,999
Investor – $25,000 ~ $49,999
Pacesetter – $10,000 ~ $24,999
For those not familiar with him, Robert I. “Bob” Siver was a wonderful friend of the Free Clinic who served on its Board for more than two decades. He cared deeply about its mission and supported it generously in many ways. Bob Siver exemplified the consummate sustaining donor, and in lasting tribute to him the Free Clinic established the Robert I. Siver Sustainer Circle soon after his death in 2008.
Sister Margaret Freeman Heritage Circle – Planned Giving
The Sister Margaret Freeman Heritage Circle provides lifetime recognition of individuals who notify St. Petersburg Free Clinic that it is included in their estate plans. This may be in the form of a bequest, trust, gift annuity, IRA, life insurance, or other planned gift. These individuals become Sustaining Members of the Heritage Circle.
Sustaining membership includes recognition in selected Free Clinic publications and invitation to an annual special event. Most importantly, individuals have the satisfaction of knowing that they have helped assure the future of St. Petersburg Free Clinic. Details of commitments remain confidential. For more than twenty years, Sister Margaret Freeman led St. Petersburg Free Clinic as its Executive Director. The Sister Margaret Freeman Heritage Circle perpetuates her memory.
