| Service Learning for Shorecrest Students |
In an effort to introduce students to the idea of service learning, Shorecrest Preparatory School brought a group to
St. Petersburg Free Clinic to learn about us and how our five essential programs benefit the community. In
addition, they also learned about the various volunteer opportunities that are available and can be accomplished
in a group setting or on an individual basis when they get older.
At left is the 6th grade class standing on the scale that we use to weigh the food that is donated to the Food Bank.
