who helped provide much needed services to families in need during
the months of November and December. The list below is a "sampling"
of the generosity of so many people.
At the Women's Residence
King of Peace Metropolitan Community Church gave gifts to all the
residents, plus an industrial vacuum to the Women's Residence.
Santa brought gifts to all the women.
Eileen Hoolihan gave personal care products and gift cards to each
resident.
Brighthouse, Point Brittany and the Lion's Club gave food and Publix gift
certificates to the Women's Residence.
3 prior residents brought cookies, fresh produce and dairy products to
the Women's Residence.
At Beacon House
Pat Neal and her friends cooked Christmas Dinner for 200 people.
The Friends of Beacon House donated gifts to the residents and
prepared a January Breakfast for 170 individuals.
At We Help Services
Due to the generosity of so many, 600 families enjoyed a traditional
holiday meal between Thanksgiving and Christmas by receiving a
holiday food basket.
At the Food Bank
We received 184,827 pounds of food in December
45 food drives collected 36,000 pounds of food
We put almost 4,000 miles on the trucks in December
the months of November and December. The list below is a "sampling"
